Amber (age 14) and her grandmother, Mary Helen Freeman (age 68) come to Zumba on a regular basis. They come in with smiles and enthusiasm for the dynamic aerobic exercise program that goes on during the weekdays on Saturdays. Amber is a rising 9th grader at Snow Canyon middle and Mary Helen is a retired elementary school teacher. They moved here from Snellville, GA, near Atlanta, almost a year ago. Mary Helen and her husband, Larry, came here last summer to home school their granddaughters who were in the Tuachahn Annie production becasue the girls were in the year-round school in Vegas. They fell in love with St. George and in three days moved from Georgia to here along with their daughter and her three children who were living with them in GA. Amber and Mary Helen are probably the youngest and oldest two members that attend Zumba at The WH. They have wathched it grow from a small class to a huge class under the fabulous leaderhsip of Andrea. Everywhere these two ladies go they advertise the Zumba Warehouse Program. Below is something Mary Helen thought up while she was attempting to go to sleep!
Z is for the Zealous attitude everyone has for Zumba
U is forthe Undeniable enthusiasm that everyone has as they enter the door
M is for the Marvelous environment with strobe and low lights
B is for the many physical and mental Benefits one receives from this program
A is for Andrea the best Zumba leader in all of St. George (possibly the whole USA)

So I had my 3rd baby in Oct and around Dec I got the baby blues pretty bad. I was the heaviest I had ever been and not motivated to do anything. I found every reason not to get out and exercise. My sister in law invited me to go to Zumba right before christmas and have been totally addicted ever since. It totally helped me get out of my funk of being depressed and feeling like I wasn't doing anything for myself. After 3 months of going to zumba I am in better shape than before I got pregnant with my 3rd baby, and it's the fastest I have gotten my baby weight off (and plus some). I run a lot, but Zumba works parts that running doesn't. Finally I don't have huge love handles. :) I loving going to Zumba when I am having a crazy day and can come and let lose. And you can't ask for a better teacher either, she keeps you motivated and keeps everything fun. You could never say that zumba is boring. I just wish I didn't have to work so I could go everynight.

I am a very busy woman. I work full-time, go to school 3/4 time, and have 3 children (ages 10, 8, and 4). Last December, I also got divorced. I had a friend from work who introduced me to Zumba. I was very hesitant at first, but agreed to come to a class to try it out. I suddenly fell in love with it. When I go to the gym to workout, I usually listen to music, but my mind wanders all over the place. But when I go to Zumba, the only thing I can think about is, "What step comes next?", "Gotta keep the beat!", or "How the heck do I do what Andrea is doing up there on the stage?". I enjoy getting a good workout, but more than that I enjoy the mental break. It is an hour of time that my brain gets to rest from all the demands that I have on me. I live on the other side of town, and have to find a babysitter to put my kids to bed when I come, but you can bet that I wouldn't miss that one night a week! I wish my schedule would allow me to go more, because you can bet that I would be there every night!

**For the better part of my life I was a dancer. Classical ballet, modern, jazz, ballroom, drill, you name it, I did it and loved it! When it became clear that my future lay outside the realm of dance I pursued an academic path and then marriage and motherhood until only my living room was privy to my passion. I even sought alternate fitness routines, hiking for a local spa and running. And then I started to hear this word at my workplace and on the trails. This mysterious word...Zumba. A quick google search and I knew I had to try it. Luckily for me I was taking a drive with my two boys and I caught a glimpse out the window of a sign that said www.dancethewarehouse.com and the next Saturday I was there taking my first Zumba class. The fast paced learning style and high energy movements gave me one of the best workouts of my life but more than that it made me feel like someone who I had all but forgotten. Zumba at the warehouse made me feel like a dancer again. So I want to thank you for bringing that dancer back to me, even if only for an hour or two.

**Paul and I have always been in to fitness. We love to work out together. I was a hiking guide at Red Mtn. Resort for 9 years. I felt fit but still overweight. I thought I felt good. Finally we got on a good program for weight loss and lost approx. 50 lbs. each! (We did the HCG drops and love them! I sale the sublingual drops, if anyone is interested, they are the best!) I didn't even realize he had that much to lose. It changed our lives! We are different people than we were before. We can move sooo much easier. We got rid of 12 large trash bags full of all of our clothes! It was so much fun! Then we found Zumba! It has been the best thing we have ever found to keep the weight off! I have never sweat so much in my life! We can't believe how fast that hour goes by! Paul grew up on Boston and danced all the time as a teenager, etc. I was never a good dancer, I always felt like a clutz. It took me a few weeks not to feel like
an idiot out there but I looked around and realized a lot of other women were feeling the same way! No one judges each other. They are so busy looking at you and trying to follow the moves, they aren't looking at me. Besides that, it's dark and they can't really see me anyway. I love that about the Warehouse. I was amazed at how fast I caught on. Okay, this got really long but WE LOVE ZUMBA! Even my little granddaughter, Lainee has lost 5 lbs. doing Zumba with us! Thanks Andrea for being the amazing crazy person you are! You know how to motivate people to move their bodies and make some changes!!! We love you and we are hooked!!

**I love ZUMBA! Especially zumba at the warehouse! I come from HURRICANE to go to your class because it is an absolute blast! I have been to a few other classes around town, but they can't even compare to the workout and the fun that I have at your class! During your classes I catch myself smiling all the time because I am having so much fun! Your energy is amazing! I love that you sing with the songs and put everything you have into the moves you do! You make this class so awesome! I've never had so much fun working out. If I could come every night I would. I have also seen an awesome change in my body. I've lost weight, have tons more energy and endurance! Thank you Andrea! Your amazing!

**Zumba is so much fun to do! My co-worker invited me to attend Andrea’s Zumba class in August 2009, after 3 children at 5 feet 7 in. I was at my heaviest weight ever at 150 lbs which wasn’t really FAT …just out of shape and I was totally unmotivated to do any exercise. Since my first class I have been hooked! I have 2 left feet, extremely uncoordinated and attended a few other Zumba classes, while it was fun, the energy that Andrea produces was completely absent. I am amazed by how many body parts Andrea can move at the same time. In class I was so busy trying to keep up with her that I found it hard to worry about if others were watching me. No one has time to notice anyone else messing up! After a few weeks, I was able to keep up, the main thing to remember is if you can’t dance its okay because you are moving and burning calories and having fun. It's an amazing class! After 6 months I’ve lost 12 pounds and have a tummy that my husband loves! I've never had so much fun exercising. Remember – keep moving and above all else - HAVE FUN!

**This testimonial is done annonymously. I feel it is so important for people to know this. I will do my best to recap!
"Andrea, I just want to tell you that I just love this and am having so much fun. I am in my 50's and have lived in St. George for over 4 years and haven't made any real close friends to go and "hang out with" until The Warehouse! I now tell my husband, I am off to Zumba with my friends! It has taken me about 6 weeks to get really good at the routines, and to be able to have the stamina to keep up and follow along the whole time and I can now say at 10 weeks, coming dilligently, I CAN KEEP UP! I just love this.
To those of you who think that maybe this isn't for you....THINK AGAIN!
**WOW!! What can I say I LOVE THE WAREHOUSE! This is the most amazing zumba class in St. George. I went with a couple of friends to try zumba for the first time at the warehouse and I absolutely loved it. I was laughing and smiling and sweating my butt off all at the same time! I have never had so much fun working out, I couldn't wait to go again. I have tried a few other classes and nothing compares. I have to drive about 25 minutes to get to there but it is so worth the time and the gas money. I love the energy, the atmosphere, the awesome teacher, the music selection, the variety of music, and I love love love that the lights are off! That way I can bust a move without worrying about how I look, or who can see me. I have absolutely no dance background (or real rhythm for that matter) but I was still able to follow the dances, and catch on rather quickly. (Andrea does a fantastic job of slowing the moves down for those of us who need it.) Sometimes I feel like this might be an addiction, but I guess if I have to be addicted to something exercise is one of the better options! It is a sad moment for me when the slow song comes on and I realize we are about to cool down. If you haven't tried it yet, now is the time and the warehouse is the place!! You're gonna love it!

**ZUMBA ZUMBA ZUMBA! But, not just any Zumba. Zumba at the Dance Warehouse! I'm in Love! I've been going to the Dance Warehouse for only a little over a month now. It's definitely the most fun I've had in a long time! The first night I tried it out, I noticed throughout the night that I was literally smiling the WHOLE hour of zumba. It's fantastic! It's crazy how fast that hour goes by and as soon as I walk out the door, I anticipate the next time I am able to go again. I love the atmosphere and the energy from Andrea is amazing! I also love that the Lights are off so there is absolutely no need to feel self-conscious!
I'm not a dancer, nor do I have any dance background (hence my awkwardness.:0)) Nevertheless, I have so much fun at Zumba and the more I go, the better I am able to move my body. There has been a drastic change in my energy level and my optimism for sure!
Luckily, I have a husband who supports my new excitement and encourages me to go whenever I can!!
